Ambassador Bilingual School

Sister school to Ambassador Bilingual Academy under the Ambassador Education Group, serving age 2 through 18 with a Thai government-curriculum core combined with a Californian-American programme for English, mathematics and science.

Founded in 2009 out of the Little Stars kindergarten, ABS sits in the Thai-bilingual band rather than the international band: it follows the Basic Education Core Curriculum 2551 and overlays American materials for the English-medium subjects, with around five hours a week reserved for Thai-language instruction. Popular with Thai and mixed-race families who want bilingual outcomes at a fee point well below CMIS or APIS.

Parent voice is genuinely split. The warm staff, food, kindergarten environment and English-language progression earn praise. The harder criticism, mostly from families who have moved on, is that the curriculum is rigid in places, kindergarten play time can be thin, and academic ambition at the upper end is limited. Best fit for families who want bilingual fluency rather than a full international academic track.
