In brief
A small American-curriculum Christian school in Dongguan that began in 2007 as Trinity Learning Center, founded by Dr. and Mrs. Craig Kempf. A purpose-built single campus opened in 2016 to consolidate previously separate primary and secondary sites.
Around 300 to 400 students from Nursery through Grade 12. Kumar Basant leads. ACSI accredited from 2015 with WASC sought, and a US college-preparatory programme as the academic spine. The OX TLC name reflects a more recent identity tied to the existing campus.
Parent voice clusters on the family-like community feel and on student outcomes when families return home: students moving back to schools in their countries of origin have repeatedly placed at the top of their new cohorts or skipped a grade. The Christian framing is foregrounded rather than soft-pedalled, which makes this a strong fit for families who actively want that ethos and a poor fit for families who do not. Cost sits well below the marquee Dongguan and Guangzhou campuses.
