Reviews
- Staff comments are mixed. Positive comments mention friendly colleagues, an approachable workplace, and a family-like atmosphere.
- Negative staff comments are consistent around micromanagement, low pay, weak communication, and responsibilities stretching beyond the formal role.
- Student-facing public discussion is sparse but includes a sharp negative comment about professionalism and facilities. Treat the signal as workplace-heavy rather than a rounded parent view.
Positives
- Friendly day-to-day culture. Some staff describe supportive colleagues, friendly employees, and a workplace that can feel welcoming.
Considerations
- Management and workload complaints. Several staff comments criticise micromanagement, unclear communication, low pay, and extra duties beyond teaching.
- Limited student-family signal. There is little parent-style evidence, and the available student-facing comment is strongly negative about professionalism and facilities.
