Invictus International School Spring Hills occupies a 20-acre campus in Bandar Seri Alam, Masai - the former home of Repton International School, which itself rebranded from Excelsior International School in 2020 before joining the Invictus group. The Invictus brand was established in Singapore and now operates multiple campuses across Johor; the Spring Hills campus runs the Cambridge British curriculum from Nursery through to A-Levels, with the IB Diploma Programme available at Sixth Form - one of the few schools in JB to offer both qualification routes for older students. FOBISIA membership places it in the same accreditation tier as the better-known JB schools.

The facilities are the clearest selling point. An Olympic-sized swimming pool, tennis courts, a full-size soccer field, running tracks, art and drama studios, an auditorium, and well-equipped IT, science and multimedia labs are on a campus that physically cannot be replicated on a standard urban school site. Families with children who swim competitively or participate in team sports at a serious level will find the infrastructure supports that. The dual A-Level and IBDP pathway at Sixth Form gives families flexibility - students can choose their qualification route later in secondary school rather than committing at Year 7.

The main context to hold is brand history. The campus has cycled through three identities in six years - Excelsior, Repton, and now Invictus. Each rebrand has brought changes to leadership, culture and curriculum framing. Families who valued the Repton brand's direct connection to the UK school founded in 1557 will find that heritage does not carry forward in the same way under Invictus.
