In brief
A small, family-run British school in Hang Dong, opened in 2018, with values-based education at the centre of how it talks about itself.
English National Curriculum and Cambridge International programmes, taught by qualified native English speakers with PGCE or BEd backgrounds, some with masters. Thai is part of the timetable, and Mandarin is added for older children. The first school in Thailand to receive the Values-based Education Quality Mark, which sets the tone of daily life as much as the academic frame.
Around 200 students aged 2 to 16. Small classes, a purpose-built campus with a swimming pool, grass field, covered hard court, climbing structures, and gardens. Families value the close teacher relationships and the calm, family-style feel. The school does not currently extend through Year 13, so families thinking long-term need a plan for sixth form, and a child looking for a wide friendship pool or competitive senior sport is in the wrong place.

Reviews
A small British school in Hang Dong, opened in 2018, running the English National Curriculum and Cambridge through to IGCSE. The pitch is family-scale: roughly 180 pupils, small classes, close teacher contact, values-based programme in the daily rhythm. Local families in the Koolpuntville and World Club neighbourhoods mention it as a credible bicycle-distance option alongside larger Chiang Mai names. Independent commentary is light at this size, and the upper-secondary pipeline is still young.
Positives
- Scale and atmosphere. Small roll, small classes, calm purpose-built campus. Families describe a settled, family-feel environment with close teacher-pupil contact.
- Curriculum continuity. English National Curriculum plus Cambridge through IGCSE. Tidy fit for families arriving mid-stream from UK or other British-system schools.
- Location and access. Hang Dong side of the city, close to the airport and the Mae Hia / Koolpuntville cluster of expat housing. Cycle-able from several of those neighbourhoods.
Considerations
- Track record. Opened in 2018 and still building its upper-secondary cohorts. External public exam history and university destinations are limited compared with the older British and IB schools in the city.
- Size trade-offs. Small roll means a thinner peer group at each year and a narrower co-curricular and subject menu than the larger Chiang Mai schools. Suits families who prioritise intimacy over breadth.
