Operated by Nord Anglia Education on a 12-acre Sarjapur-Varthur campus near Dommasandra Circle, opened in 2001 and now one of very few full IB continuum schools in the city. Roll around 800.

IB PYP, MYP and DP from age 2 through 18, with a CBSE option at primary as well. DP averages have run consistently above the global average, with school averages around 36 and a tail of strong individual scores in the 40s. University outcomes are real, with regular placements at Cornell, Johns Hopkins, King's College London and similar.

Nord Anglia ownership brings the MIT, Juilliard and UNICEF programmes into the timetable, which families either value as differentiated or quietly ignore. Parent voice on the ground is mostly warm: hybrid handling during covid is still cited, and the breadth of co-curriculars from horse riding to robotics is a draw. Fee range roughly 3.6 to 11.8 lakh. The thing to check on a visit is class size and teacher continuity in your child's specific year group, which has been the inconsistent variable.

The Sarjapur Road campus is one of the older full IB continuum options in Bangalore, opened in 2001 and operated by Nord Anglia Education. The 2024-25 Diploma class produced eight 40-plus scorers out of 48, with placements at Duke, Edinburgh, Virginia Tech, Purdue, and Parsons. Leadership changed in mid-2024 when Pallavi Mishra moved out of Bangalore and Kavita Sukhani took over as principal, so a meaningful chunk of older parent commentary is now legacy. Reputation around the campus is split between IB-continuum and Nord Anglia draws on one side and persistent talk about fees and staff continuity on the other.

Positives

  • IB continuum and DP outcomes. Full PYP through Diploma in one school is still uncommon in the city. The 2024-25 cohort placed roughly one in six students at 40 points or above, with the top scorer at 44 and admissions to Duke, Edinburgh, Virginia Tech, Purdue, and Parsons.
  • Co-curricular breadth. Activity offer is wide and is one of the recurring reasons parents pick it. Nord Anglia layers in MIT, Juilliard, and UNICEF programmes, which some families use and others quietly skip.
  • Campus and facilities. Around 12 acres on Varthur Road near Dommasandra Circle. Sports surfaces, labs, and smart classrooms get steady positive mention, especially against tighter inner-city campuses.

Considerations

  • Fees relative to value. Fees run roughly INR 3.3 to 11.8 lakh and sit at the top of the Sarjapur corridor. A common parent line is that the price is real and the lived experience does not always match it. Past fee revisions get cited in the same breath as ownership changes.
  • Teacher continuity. Staff turnover comes up repeatedly in parent and ex-staff accounts, with replacements often described as earlier-career. The new principal's updates flag changes to systems and communications, so it is being worked on. Continuity in a specific year group has been the inconsistent variable.
  • Leadership change. Pallavi Mishra led the school through the Nord Anglia transition and left at the end of the 2023-24 year, citing a move out of Bangalore. Kavita Sukhani has been in post since July 2024. Much of the older parent voice predates her arrival.
  • Commute. The Dommasandra and Sarjapur Road stretch chokes at peak hours. Families inside the Sarjapur and Varthur catchment manage it on the school bus network; coming from north or central Bangalore is a different proposition.
