A full IB continuum school in Kharadi running the Primary Years, Middle Years and Diploma Programmes from playgroup through Grade 12.

Founded in 1997 by Dr Robbin Ghosh and now led by principal Saarada Ghosh, Victorious Kidss Educares is one of Pune's longer-established IB World Schools, with around 1,200 students on a Kharadi campus that pairs the IB framework with a Vedanta-inflected ethos. It positions itself toward families committed to the IB pathway across the whole age range rather than those wanting a national-board option, with English the main language and Hindi and French offered.

Annual tuition runs from roughly INR 2 lakh in the early years to about INR 8.7 lakh at the Diploma level, placing it in Pune's upper fee bracket before transport, meals and uniform. The IB delivery and teacher engagement draw steady praise, while the school carries a record of leadership turnover and operational friction that sits behind the polished marketing.

Families who stay tend to like the classroom side: teachers who give detailed, regular feedback and an IB programme delivered with some care. The recurring friction sits above the classroom, in how the place is run, and the staff picture suggests why some of that churn reaches parents.

Positives

  • Teaching and feedback. Teachers come across as attentive, with elaborate quarterly feedback on each child, and the IB curriculum is delivered seriously.

Considerations

  • Leadership continuity. Parents point to several principal changes within a few years, which tends to unsettle continuity.
  • Communication and management. Some families describe patchy updates on classroom progress and find parent workshops tilt toward a sales pitch.
  • Staff retention. Teacher turnover reads as high, and staff accounts raise delayed salaries and job insecurity, which can feed the instability parents notice.
