DPIA is unusual in Phnom Penh in making Mandarin a full third language of instruction alongside English and Khmer rather than an enrichment subject. The DADI parent group operates around 500 campuses across China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Thailand, and DPIA leans on that operator for curriculum and teacher-training infrastructure. Programmes cover daycare, kindergarten and primary, and the BKK1 location sits in the heart of expat Phnom Penh.

Signal from parents is thin. The school suits Cambodian families who want their children genuinely literate in Mandarin from an early age, and Chinese-speaking families looking for continuity. The school stops at age 12, so families need a clear secondary plan from the start.
