The Universal School

The Universal School is the Tardeo flagship of the Universal Education group in South Mumbai, tracing back to 1968 and now running the Cambridge IGCSE pathway from primary through Grade 10. Sister campuses in Dahisar and Malad run ICSE and other boards.

The Tardeo campus and a satellite at August Kranti Maidan serve mostly South Mumbai professionals from Tardeo, Cumballa Hill, and Breach Candy. Cambridge IGCSE with no IB or A Level continuation means most students leave after Grade 10 for a different senior school, the standard pattern for Mumbai IGCSE schools at this level.
