In brief
A small, family-run British school in Hang Dong, opened in 2018, with values-based education at the centre of how it talks about itself.
English National Curriculum and Cambridge International programmes, taught by qualified native English speakers with PGCE or BEd backgrounds, some with masters. Thai is part of the timetable, and Mandarin is added for older children. The first school in Thailand to receive the Values-based Education Quality Mark, which sets the tone of daily life as much as the academic frame.
Around 200 students aged 2 to 16. Small classes, a purpose-built campus with a swimming pool, grass field, covered hard court, climbing structures, and gardens. Families value the close teacher relationships and the calm, family-style feel. The trade-offs are scale and stage. The school does not currently extend through Year 13, so families thinking long-term need a plan for sixth form, and a child looking for a wide friendship pool or competitive senior sport is in the wrong place.

- The same poster said no Chiang Mai international school stands out as one to avoid.
- A teacher asked about pay, comparing a 69,000 baht offer to options in Da Nang. Another teacher in discussion hadn't worked there but advised checking online reviews.
