In brief
A parent-founded school in Kerobokan that has been on the island since 2000, running the IEYC, IPC and IMYC curricula with the Indonesian National Curriculum running alongside. One of the most accessible price points in Canggu.
Holistic, mindfulness-led approach, lush green campus, around 250 children from 18 months to age 14. The pitch is a thematic, inquiry-based programme with strong emphasis on character, sustainability and community. Fees run from IDR 65 to 132 million, well below Canggu Community School and Bali Island School.
Parent voice is consistently warm and unusually loyal. Families who chose Sunrise after trying other Bali schools talk about a smaller, kinder community where their children settled fast. The natural ceiling is age 14. Families committed long-term need a plan for the IGCSE and A-Level years, which means moving to BIS, CCS or another Cambridge or IB school for upper secondary.
