Around 60 percent of Lakeside leavers transition to a Gymnasium, against a Swiss-school average closer to 20 percent. Class culture is mixed-grade-friendly with whole-class birthday invitations the norm. The non-profit governance keeps the focus on schooling rather than network expansion.
