  • Parent reviews available are short and positive, focused on attentive teaching and the IGCSE delivery; volume is small.
  • Glassdoor reviews from staff sit at around, with several describing poor leadership, inconsistent management and a culture closer to a flagship project than a working school.
  • One employee comment about "highly paid consultants that know nothing about education" recurs across teacher-side discussions of the school.
  • Class sizes are capped low and facilities on the Mohammed Bin Salman Nonprofit City campus are repeatedly cited as a strength.
  • Recognition is heavy: COBIS membership in 2025, Beacon Status for student welfare, and a top-150 placing in The Schools Index 2024.
  • The school still skews mostly Saudi national and the first cohort only graduates in 2025, so longitudinal university-outcome data is limited.

Positives

  • Facilities and class size. Large purpose-built campus, capped 15-student classes and broad co-curricular menu are the most consistent positives.
  • Curriculum delivery. Parents single out the IGCSE programme and attentive teaching as working well for their children.

Considerations

  • Teacher experience. Glassdoor and ISR comments describe weak management, disconnect between marketing and day-to-day reality, and over-reliance on external consultants.
  • Track record. Founded 2016 with first graduating cohort in 2025; external recognition strong but real outcomes data still emerging.
