If you're in Gurugram and want curriculum flexibility at a significantly lower price point than Lancers or Pathways, Scottish High is the clearest alternative. The IB results are modest compared to the top NCR schools, but for families not committed to an IB-only path, the three-curriculum choice and the fee structure make a strong case.

Scottish High has been running since 2005 and is now one of the larger international-style schools in Gurugram, with around 2,000 students on a single campus in Sushant Lok 2, Sector 57. It holds IB World School status for PYP (since 2010) and Diploma (since 2009), Cambridge International authorisation for IGCSE and A Levels, and ICSE affiliation - an unusual combination that lets families shift curriculum track at secondary if their child's direction changes. The school is ISO 21001:2018 certified.

IB Diploma cohort sizes are modest: 18 students sat the 2024 examinations, with a highest score of 42 and a group average of 32. That average is near the global mean and below the scores at Lancers or Pathways, but the intake is more mixed than at pure IB schools. The ICSE and Cambridge tracks are the more heavily enrolled programmes, which matters if your child's peer group and social experience are a factor. Cambridge Learner Awards are regularly earned by the school's IGCSE students.

The fee structure is the clearest differentiator in the Gurugram market. Annual composite fees run from INR 374,000 at Nursery to INR 519,000 at ISC level - roughly half what Lancers charges for comparable year groups. One-time costs add INR 3,000 (registration) plus INR 150,000 admission fee and a refundable security deposit of INR 75,000. For families who are cost-sensitive or combining school fees with significant housing costs in Gurugram, that differential is material. Confirm the current fee schedule directly with the school, as quarterly adjustments are common.
