A full IB Continuum day-cum-boarding school in DLF Phase 5, ranked at the top of EducationWorld's Delhi NCR boarding lists for several years. Roughly fifty nationalities on roll.

Lancers runs IB PYP, MYP and DP plus IGCSE in the middle years. The boarding side has separate boys' and girls' blocks with a mix of two and six bed rooms, dorm parents, and resident tutors. The DLF Phase 5 location keeps it inside Gurgaon proper rather than out near Sohna.

Parents speak well of staff support and the practical, less pressured feel compared with stricter CBSE schools nearby. The recurring complaint is teacher turnover, which families notice most when their child has just settled with someone they liked. Worth pressing the head on retention and on which year groups currently have the strongest cohort.

  • Reputation in Gurugram is at the top of the IB segment. One parent called it "probably the most elite," and other parents point to it when asked for the best IB option.
  • Parent reviews split sharply. Some describe a smooth CBSE-to-IB transition and low-pressure environment. Others rate it 1 of 5 and accuse the school of prioritising fees over teaching, with frequent staff churn.
  • Staff turnover surfaces from both sides: parents flag teachers changing often; employees cite annual contracts, low appraisal caps, no bonuses, and unstable management.
  • Day-cum-boarding setup with extensive sport (25+ disciplines) draws repeated mention.
  • Fees pitched at the upper end of Delhi NCR, around 12 to 15 lakh per year for senior school.

Positives

  • Local IB reputation. Frequently named first when Gurugram parents ask for IB schools online.
  • Sport and facilities. Boarding campus with 25+ sports and dedicated coaches gets consistent positive mention.

Considerations

  • Polarised parent reviews. Some parents praise practical learning and low pressure; others give bottom-rung scores citing weak academic focus.
  • Teacher turnover. Parents and current/former staff both flag frequent teacher changes. Employees cite contract instability and pay structure.
  • Fees. High end of Gurugram pricing; senior-school fees cited at 12 to 15 lakh range.
