If your priority is IB Diploma performance and you're already based in Gurugram, Lancers is the sharpest option in the NCR market. An average of 39 and a 100% pass rate in 2025, combined with boarding from primary, makes it worth the drive if you're south of the city.

Lancers has been operating since 1972, which puts it in a different category from many of the newer IB schools in the NCR region. It sits in DLF Phase V, Sector 53, on the Gurugram side - a solid location for families living in DLF or Sushant Lok, though families coming from south Delhi will be looking at 40-60 minutes at school run time. The campus runs IB from PYP through Diploma alongside Cambridge IGCSE at secondary, giving families flexibility if their child's path isn't IB all the way.

The IB results are the headline: a 2025 average of 39 puts Lancers in the global top 50 and top of North India by published rankings. That's a meaningful number and it's been consistent rather than a one-year spike, which is worth checking when you visit. The school is accredited by IB, Cambridge, and TAISI, and runs Duke of Edinburgh's Award for older students.

Boarding is available from primary, which is uncommon in the NCR market and useful for corporate families with heavy travel schedules. Quarterly fees for day scholars run from INR 100,000 per quarter at Nursery/KG to INR 362,000 per quarter for IB Diploma Year 2. One-time admission costs total INR 310,000 (registration INR 10,000, admission INR 180,000, refundable security deposit INR 120,000). Boarding adds INR 165,000 per quarter on top of tuition.
