Nord Anglia International School Manila is the current name for the former The King's School Manila, on the same Aseana Business Park campus in Parañaque. It runs the English National Curriculum from early years through IGCSE and A-level, with small class sizes and annual fees from roughly PHP 504k to PHP 1.74m.

The school is small by Manila international-school standards, with about 265 students. That makes it more intimate than British School Manila or International School Manila, and a better fit for families who want a child to be known quickly rather than joining a large campus.

The main trade-off is breadth. Sixth form and co-curricular choice will not feel as deep as at the larger Manila schools, so families should check which A-level subjects and activities are actually running in the current year.

  • NAIS Manila opened in 2012 at Aseana Business Park in Paranaque and is most often discussed in Philippine subreddits as a default top-tier expat school alongside ISM, Brent and British School Manila.
  • forum threads describe it as one of the most expensive schools in the country, repeatedly used as shorthand for wealthy families and BGC and Makati addresses.
  • Parent commentary across aggregator and school-published sources points to small class sizes averaging around eighteen, more than thirty represented nationalities and a strong parent involvement programme.
  • A 2025 subreddit comment grouped NAIS Manila with ISM, Brent and BSM as the natural shortlist for international families, with no negative signal in the same thread.
  • Aggregator reviews are uniformly positive on teacher credentials, holistic teaching and university outcomes; critical signal is largely absent from public forums.

Positives

  • Tier. Listed alongside ISM, Brent and British School Manila as one of the established expat options.
  • Class size. Average class size around eighteen and a small overall student body of roughly 380.
  • Community and diversity. Over thirty nationalities and an active parent group running fairs and welcome events.

Considerations

  • Fee perception. Filipino subreddits use the school as a marker of high fees; published 2022-23 fees and application fees recur in r/Philippines posts.
  • Critical signal. Independent forum criticism is light; the available pool is mostly positive aggregator and parent quotes.
