Keystone International Schools has operated in Uskudar since 2011 and is the only school in Istanbul offering the Canadian Prince Edward Island (PEI) provincial diploma alongside WASC (Western Association of Schools and Colleges) accreditation - the same body that accredits many top US and international schools in Asia and the Middle East. That combination gives graduates a North American-recognised credential that opens doors to Canadian and US universities in a way that Cambridge-only or Turkish MEB programmes typically do not. Graduates have gone to Imperial College London, the University of Toronto, and Canadian universities. The school also holds Round Square membership, which connects students to an international service and exchange network.

Fees for 2026-27 run from US$22,750 for Kindergarten to US$26,750 for Grades 7-12, all-in, with the mandatory CAD$1,750 PEI registration fee included. Lunch is included for all year groups except high school; books for Grades 1-6 are purchased from the school (Canadian curriculum materials sourced from Canada); Grades 7 and above use a rental scheme. A 40% deposit is due at registration. Sibling discounts of 10% for the second child and 5% for additional children make the overall cost more manageable for multi-child families. The fee ceiling is below BISI and IICS, and comparable to IIS, which positions Keystone as strong value for a WASC-accredited, North-American-pathway school.

The school runs two campuses: Kucuk Camlica (primary) and Cekmekoy (secondary) - both on the Asian side.
