Neev is worth visiting if you are near Airport Road or the eastern tech corridor and want a full IB continuum with a genuine Indian arts and culture thread. The 16-acre campus is excellent; check with parents directly about the teaching consistency before deciding.
Neev Academy occupies a 16-acre campus in Yemalur, about 4 km from Wind Tunnel Road and 2 km from HAL Museum - well-placed for families in Whitefield, Bellandur, Sarjapur, and the eastern tech parks. The school has run a full IB PYP-MYP-DP sequence since it outgrew its Indiranagar preschool origins, and offers an ICSE track from Grades 6-10 for families who want an Indian board option in the middle years. The campus is legitimately impressive: half Olympic-size pool, basketball and tennis courts, a cricket pitch, a football-hockey combination field, and a library-wellbeing building. The Neev Literature Festival is one of the more serious school-run literary events in south India.
The school also integrates Indian arts formally - Bharatnatyam, Carnatic music, and other forms - alongside the IB curriculum rather than treating them as optional extras. Fees run from INR 5.5L (IB PYP, Grades 1-5) to INR 8.25L (IB Diploma), with a one-time admission fee of INR 1L. NEASC accreditation supports recognition at US and international universities. The NTEN teacher training network, which Neev runs across schools, is an indicator of serious investment in professional development.
The trade-off is that independent reviews are mixed. A 3.6 out of 5 on aggregated review platforms, with lower scores on teaching quality and value for money, means you should not take the school at face value from its marketing. Ask specifically about staff retention in the IB MYP and DP faculties, class sizes in secondary school, and recent Diploma results - the school does not prominently publish individual student scores.
