USIS has operated since January 2015 from a building on Seocho-daero 70-gil. The school describes itself as a Christian institute and runs an American curriculum in English with AP available in the upper grades. Fees stretch from around 27 to 52 million won per year depending on grade, putting the school in the same band as the larger established American-track options.

Public parent voice is limited. The audience is families who want a Christian faith environment and an English-medium American curriculum without the scale and admissions filters of SFS or SIS. As with most of the smaller Seoul private academies, prospective families should confirm Korean MOE recognition and how the diploma will be treated by the universities they are aiming at, since that question has been live in the Korean press for this whole tier of schools.
