A bilingual Montessori K-12 school in Alphaville, founded in 1997 by sisters Suzana and Vera, with the first high school class graduating in 2020.

Tip Toe started as an early-years Montessori operation with five children and grew into a full K-12 pathway. All Early Education staff are Montessori-qualified, and the wider school keeps an English-immersion English-Portuguese model with Brazilian social studies taught in Portuguese. The site sits on Estrada de Ipanema in Santana de Parnaíba and offers open green grounds, which is part of the daily texture of school life there.

Family voices land on attentive teachers, an unrushed atmosphere and visible English progress, with parents using language like real English learning rather than performance English. The Montessori thread differentiates Tip Toe from most São Paulo bilingual schools, which run more conventional teacher-led programmes. The senior years are still relatively young, so families with older children typically check the high school route, recent leaver destinations and the structure that supports university applications.

  • Parent and student-facing comments are positive, with praise for attentive teachers, a bilingual environment, real English acquisition, and a large green campus.
  • Staff reviews are warmer about the family feel, flexibility, and classroom autonomy, but repeatedly flag low pay, weak communication, disorganisation, and unclear roles.
  • The public picture is a small, nurturing school with appealing outdoor space, plus operational cautions from employees behind the scenes.
