Builders is positioned around its philosophy more than its curriculum. The school describes itself as a Zero Waste School and centres what it calls Education through Love, with structured socioemotional teaching, in-house psychologists, and daily practices around self-care and meditation. The bilingual immersion is real, with English present from the early years rather than taught as a subject, and Spanish added later.

Parent voice is warm but specific to the philosophy. Families who chose Builders for its values speak about the staff and the nurturing environment. The trade-off is scale and pathway. The school does not run a full secondary programme, the cohort is small, and there is no Cambridge or IB external frame. Families who want a more conventional academic profile or a route through to a recognised diploma typically transfer at the Middle School transition.
