A new Chatsworth-operated school in Al Khuzama, branded after the 1926 Beech Hall in Cheshire and pitched as a non-selective inclusive option for families who want a UK-feel primary in central Riyadh.

Beech Hall Riyadh opened in August 2022 under a partnership between UK group Chatsworth Schools and the Fawaz Alhokair Group, brought in via the Royal Commission for Riyadh City. The DB lists 2024 as the founding year, which appears to be the year of the NEASC candidacy step rather than the actual opening. The school runs an International Early Years, Primary, and Middle Years curriculum, layered with Arabic and Islamic Studies, and is a candidate for the IB Diploma at the senior end.

Facilities are unusually strong for a young school, including an indoor pool, a 500-seat auditorium, and rooftop sports pitches. Early parent voice is positive on staff warmth and the non-selective admissions approach. Numbers are still building, so signal on academic outcomes is thin.

  • The school is too new for a large parent pool. The signal is positive, mostly in short reviews on EdArabia and parent comments via WhichSchoolAdvisor, with the inclusion model as the headline.
  • Parents consistently flag inclusive admissions: one parent said they were relieved to find a school that does not segregate the admission process based on a child's health condition, learning ability or physical appearance.
  • Small classes and a developing secondary contingent are noted on the international teachers forum, with the school grouped near King's in the same Al Khuzama area.
  • SEN provision is structured around a wave system, and reviewers higher-needs support carries an additional fee.
  • Founded 2022, two leadership transitions documented since opening, so reviewers acknowledge a degree of uncertainty for new families.
