Maple Bear Praha

A Czech-Canadian bilingual elementary school that opened in September 2025 in the Kavčí Hory office park in Prague 4, part of the Maple Bear Global network of more than 600 schools worldwide.

The first cohort started with a preparatory class and Grade 1, with the curriculum built in Canada and applied through a daily Czech and English language-immersion model. All subjects other than the two languages are taught in both, and each class has two qualified teachers for more than half the day. Fees for 2025/26 are listed at CZK 237,500 a year. Pražského povstání metro is a seven-minute walk away.

The Prague school is brand new so independent parent voice does not yet exist. The available track record is the sister Maple Bear schools in Brno and Olomouc, where the network is more established. Families considering it should ask about plans for adding year groups upwards, since the school's value depends on whether it grows into a full primary rather than topping out at a few early grades.
