AGPS is operated by Global Education Vision, a US non-profit, and led by headmaster Dr Harry Hwang. The dual curriculum pairs American content with the Cambodian national programme taught simultaneously, and language teaching extends across English, Mandarin Chinese and Spanish. There is also an AGPS Elite stream aimed at preparing students for selective US universities.

The non-profit positioning and stated mission to serve financially challenged children sets AGPS apart from most of the international market in Phnom Penh, which is squarely commercial. External parent voice is thin so far, with only a handful of public reviews available, all of them positive but unverified. Families should treat this as a young non-profit with a clear philosophy rather than an established academic name. Ask about graduate destinations to date, the structure of the Elite programme, and how the dual-curriculum load is balanced through the senior years.
