A small bilingual nursery and primary school in the 7th arrondissement near Les Invalides, opened in September 2021 as part of the EIB Paris group within the Globeducate network.

EIB Grenelle is the newest primary site in the EIB family, running the French national curriculum with 50 percent French and 50 percent English from nursery through Year 6. The campus is calm and family-feel, in a central Paris neighbourhood that suits diplomatic and corporate families on the rive gauche.

Continuity is the structural argument for choosing Grenelle. Children move on to EIB Monceau collège, EIB Étoile lycée or other Globeducate schools internationally, into the French Bac, IB Diploma, IGCSE and A Level, with EIB posting a 100 percent baccalaureate pass rate group-wide. The site has not yet built a long parent track record, buildings are constrained by the 7th arrondissement footprint, and families commit to a transfer at the end of primary. Best understood as a soft bilingual landing for younger children whose parents plan to stay inside the EIB pipeline.

  • Direct parent reviews of the Grenelle campus are essentially absent on public forums and parent trackers.
  • The school opened in 2021 and is small (around 150 students across nursery and primary), which limits the pool.
  • Group-level signal from parent threads on EIB Paris reads polarised. Primary-school feedback is largely positive, with one parent saying "teachers really seem to care about the kids" of the primary tier; secondary-level feedback is sharply more critical, but does not apply to Grenelle.
  • Parents who choose Grenelle cite the 7th-arrondissement location, the 50/50 French-English bilingual structure and the small family-atmosphere setup. These are descriptive draws, not reviewed outcomes.
  • Families wanting verified parent feedback should expect to canvas current parents directly rather than rely on online reviews.

Positives

  • Group-level primary reputation. EIB primary tier draws positive Mumsnet feedback, though not Grenelle-specific

Considerations

  • Direct review pool. Aggregator profiles show 0 reviews; campus opened in 2021 and remains small
  • Bilingual structure. 50/50 French-English split is the headline draw cited by prospective families
  • Group-level secondary reputation. EIB Monceau secondary draws sharp criticism in older parent threads; not Grenelle-relevant given primary-only offering

Accreditations

  • Council of International Schools 01
  • New England Association of Schools and Colleges 02

  • IB Diploma 2024 average 31.7 points
  • French Baccalaureate honours 98%
  • Brevet des Collèges honours 100%
