A Swiss-curriculum school with German and Spanish as languages of instruction, part of the small global network of 18 schools recognised by Educationsuisse.

The Mexico City campus in Colonia del Valle is the original site, founded in 1965, with sister campuses in Cuernavaca (1992) and Querétaro (2007) operating under the same Colegio Suizo de México A.C. The curriculum runs from maternal through preparatoria and offers the IB Diploma at the senior level.

Strong fit for German and Swiss families wanting cultural and linguistic continuity, and for Mexican families committed to a trilingual track in Spanish, German, and English. Students leave with credible German proficiency and pathways to Swiss and German universities. Numbers in Mexico City are modest, and the German-speaking pool is naturally smaller than at French or American schools, so social fit depends heavily on the cohort year to year.

  • Two campuses (Mexico City and Querétaro) sit under the same operator and curriculum framework, supported by the Swiss government with the IB Diploma in upper secondary.
  • Spanish-language directory aggregates land just under : micole.net shows across 53 ratings for the Mexico City campus and across 31 ratings for Querétaro.
  • Positive themes are stable: parents praise an internationally diverse intake, a strong values frame (punctuality, respect, environmental awareness), multilingual outcomes (Spanish, German, English, French), and university-readiness, including alumni placed in foreign universities.
  • A small but persistent negative thread: parents allege the school is not inclusive, that bullying occurs from kindergarten upward with teacher and admin complicity, and that families whose children do not fit a particular profile may face discrimination. The cited complaint platform also carries a longer-running thread about institutional treatment of Mexican families.
  • IB scores draw a separate criticism: parents report final IB results that come in lower than expected for the school's academic profile, sometimes requiring an extra preparatory year for university entry.
  • Tuition is high. Reviews accept that and frame the question as fit, not value.
  • Reddit and PullPush returned no first-hand discussion.
