Founded
2002

A well-known Lekki private school running the British and Nigerian curricula from infant through college, founded in 2002 by Kehinde Nwani and now part of a wider Meadow Hall Education group with around a thousand students.

The college section adds boarding and runs IGCSE alongside Nigerian school certificate examinations. Facilities are full-spec for a Lagos private school, with science labs, language lab, art studio, swimming, and tennis on site. Strong middle-class Nigerian intake rather than an expat-heavy mix.

Parent feedback splits. Many families value the structured, disciplined culture and the consistency of outcomes for university-bound students. Others have raised concerns about how strict rules and student dynamics are managed in the secondary years. A current-parent conversation in the specific year group is the right way to test whether the fit holds.

  • Parents and Lagos directory sites position Meadow Hall as a premium British-Nigerian school in Lekki, with fees among the higher tier of Lagos privates.
  • Reviews praise the blended British and Nigerian curriculum, plus IGCSE pathway, as preparation for both UK and local university routes.
  • Facilities are flagged repeatedly: science labs, ICT suites, swimming pool, boarding for college students.
  • Critical voices exist. One reviewer described conditions as terrible and alleged teachers bully students; aggregate ISD/ISA score sits at 3.8.
  • The school's Christian framing and seven-values structure (Christ, Care, Cleanliness, Creativity, Culture, Citizenship, Community) is named both as the draw and the filter.
