Bhavans Indian Educational School Kuwait, the local arm of the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan network founded in India in 1938. Inaugurated in Kuwait on 30 November 2006 with 111 students and now serves around 1,000 to 1,200 across Grades KG to 12 on a CBSE programme.

The Adailiya campus is centrally air-conditioned with science labs, art and music rooms, an indoor play area, and a multi-purpose hall. Curriculum is CBSE through Class 12, with the school routinely posting strong board results: in the 2023-24 cohort, 72% of Class 12 students surpassed 90% overall. Fees run roughly KWD 650 to KWD 1,150. Principal is Anand Victor.

Bhavans is the senior CBSE name in Kuwait by reputation and parent preference, the school Indian families default to when they can secure a place. Families value the academic rigour, the wider Bhavans network, and the balance of strong academics with sport and cultural programmes. Demand outstrips supply, so applications need to go in early. Best fit for Indian expat families committed to a CBSE pathway.
