Not a mainstream international school. A specialist setting in Setapak for neurodivergent children and young people, founded by Phoebe Long.

Breakthru Academy and its sister centre Breakthru Enrichment Station sit at the special-education end of the market, supporting children with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, Down syndrome and other learning differences. Programmes are small-group and personalised, with one stream for under-eights focused on foundational skills and another for older learners who have struggled in mainstream schools.

The approach blends Phoebe Long's 3P.L.A.Y. emotional-management framework with educational kinesiology techniques like Brain Gym and Rhythmic Movement Training, delivered by trainers rather than a conventional school staff structure. Long was named an ESG Changemaker in 2025 for two decades of inclusive-education work. The natural family is one whose child has been told mainstream international schooling is not the right fit, rather than parents shopping the mainstream curriculum market.
