Salahaldin International School (SIS Cairo) opened in 2009. It has been running the IB Diploma alongside an American high school pathway for several years, and added the Middle Years Programme in 2024 to sit on top of an established PYP. Early years uses an AMI Montessori approach. The campus sits in the Fifth Settlement area of New Cairo and the building is modern with generous open space.

Parents speak well of the IB ethos and the openness of the school to families. Recommendation rates from families are high. The student body is predominantly Egyptian. With the MYP only newly bedded in, families considering the full PYP-MYP-DP route should ask about MYP staffing, whether DP cohorts are large enough for broad subject blocks, and how the American track and the IB track are kept properly distinct.
