In brief
A Repton Family franchise in Mivida, New Cairo, opened in September 2021 and led by an experienced British international head.
Repton Cairo carries the brand of the Repton Family of Schools, the network that grew out of Repton in Derbyshire and now operates campuses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and across Asia. Stephen Priest leads the school. The Mivida campus is purpose-built and offers the National Curriculum of England through to IGCSE and A Level, with the usual Repton emphasis on the four pillars of academic challenge, sport, the arts, and pastoral care.
The school opened in September 2021 with 87 pupils, so it is still scaling. Early parent voices praise the family feel and pastoral attention. With most year groups still under their first generation of students, ask about subject breadth at IGCSE, A Level option blocks once the senior school is fully populated, and university destinations from the first cohorts. The fee level sits at the top of the New Cairo British market.
