Inspired Education school inside The Crown gated community in 6 October City, partnered with Palm Hills Developments and opened in September 2023. Premium positioning from 3 months to 18.

The first of the King's College brand schools in Egypt, operated by Inspired Education, the global premium-school group behind Reddam and St Andrew's networks. The campus carries the most expensive facility set in west Cairo: a FIFA-certified football field, ATP-endorsed courts, a 500-seat theatre, a 25-metre pool and an indoor sports hall.

Positioned at the top end of the Cairo market and that shows in fees and marketing. Reception from families splits noticeably. Some describe excellent teaching, dedicated staff and strong academic foundations; others report poor administration of pastoral incidents, slower academic standards in early year groups, and a corporate feel.

Most relevant to expat and high-net-worth Egyptian families who want premium facilities and the Inspired network. Site visits, conversations with current parents in the specific year group, and clarity on behaviour processes matter more here than at most schools.

  • The school opened in September 2023 and the available parent pool is very small.
  • Independent reviews are split: one parent praised exceptional teaching and innovative international staff; another said enrolling their two boys for 18 months was the biggest mistake of their education choices, citing bullying, poor administration and a profit-first culture.
  • One available rating sits at 1.6 stars from a single review, which is not enough to interpret on its own.
  • No substantive parent or expat chatter has surfaced yet.

Positives

  • Positive parent account. Other parents describe exceptional teaching, innovative international staff and a strong academic foundation.

Considerations

  • New campus. Opened September 2023; parent pool is small and feedback is still forming.
  • Polarised reviews. Available reviews split sharply between strong praise and serious criticism; the small sample makes patterns hard to confirm.
  • Critical parent account. A parent who pulled two children out mid-year described bullying, poor administrative response and a corporate, profit-driven feel.
