Founded in 2001 and authorised by the Korean Ministry of Education in 2002, KISB serves grades 1 through 12 almost entirely in Korean, with English and Thai as additional languages. The 2020 relocation to Bang Khen was driven by commute times from Sukhumvit Koreatown, where families had been losing close to ninety minutes each way to the old suburban campus.
This is not really an open-market international school. Enrolment is overwhelmingly Korean, the curriculum aligns with Korea's domestic education system, and the typical family is preparing children to return to Korea or to apply to Korean universities. Independent third-party reviews are scarce. Fees sit around 268,000 to 314,000 THB, well below the English-medium international tier in Bangkok.
