The ITPL campus of the Ekya chain, opened in 2012 in Doddanekundi, run by the CMR Group under founder Dr Tristha Ramamurthy. Serves the Whitefield tech-corridor families with a CBSE primary route and Cambridge IGCSE option higher up.

An in-house Ekya curriculum runs to Grade 7 before students opt into CBSE, with Cambridge available alongside in upper grades. Montessori at the entry level. Modern campus in a tight footprint near the IT park, designed around experiential learning, and a Google Reference School on the tech side.

Reputation is of a well-run progressive chain rather than a marquee international school. Parents praise responsive teachers, a courteous front office and proactive coordinators. The recurring complaints are inconsistency in junior-grade staffing and fees that feel high for a CBSE-anchored offer. Sister Ekya campuses in JP Nagar and Byrathi if location matters.

• Ekya is sharply polarised across campuses and tiers. The same chain draws strong loyalty from some parents and clear avoid-it warnings from others.
• Loyal parents credit progressive teaching and child confidence. One parent said the school helps children "grow and think independently", and another reported a balanced workload with no excessive homework.
• Critics flag fees against perceived teaching quality. Parents describe "exorbitant fees for mediocre teaching", "teachers quitting frequently", and portions not completed on time. Some parents say management attitude shifts after fees are paid.
• Staff-side reports raise governance concerns. One ex-employee described the school holding original employee documents during the joining process, which a separate commenter framed as a Bangalore-wide cartel-style retention tactic.
• Campus matters. ITPL alumni recall fond memories of a small campus and active extracurriculars, while parents at JP Nagar posting from late 2024 onwards have drawn mostly no responses, suggesting a quieter parent footprint there.
• Aggregate ratings from parents are low but reflect skewed respondents; other parents and commenters pull in both directions. Families should expect campus-by-campus variation and verify specific cohort experience before committing.
