In brief
A new project-based school in Pejeng, Ubud for nine to sixteen year olds, built around the Da Vinci Life-Skills curriculum and aimed squarely at worldschooling and long-stay expat families.
The setup is small, biophilic and explicitly non-traditional. Mentors rather than classroom teachers, projects rather than subjects, and a campus built into an eco-village among rice fields and subak waterways. The Future Human Project, an eight-week skills-based programme covering food systems, technology, production and personal development, runs as a feeder route into the main school.
Founded by a worldschooling family alongside two experienced educators, with the Tri Hita Karana framing of harmony with self, others and nature embedded in the day. Parent voice in the wider Bali scene is essentially absent at this stage. There is no exam track record, no IGCSE or IB pathway, and families committing here are choosing the worldschooling model over a recognised academic credential. Best for parents already aligned with project-based learning, not for those hedging towards mainstream university applications.
